Previously a Research Assistant for the Organizational Behavior Department at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Earlier, she was an administrative assistant for ASTA (American Scientific Technological Association), an electronics engineering consulting firm. Prior to, Ms. Rios was a bilingual educator for the San Diego Unified School District where she was instrumental in implementing the Title VII Bilingual Demonstration Project, now a model bilingual immersion program used throughout the United States and Canada. Ms. Rios received a Masters Degree in Education from the University of San Diego and a Bachelors Degree in Spanish and Psychology. She speaks Spanish fluently.
